Monthly EAP promotion and raising employee awareness of the importance of taking care of one’s own health through articles, leaflets, circulars, fliers, posters, videos etc.

Utilisation

Monthly reports for the client company regarding the utilisation of counselling and an evaluation of the EAP after 1 year of implementation, including future recommendations.

Affiliate counsellor network

Our affiliate counsellor network covers the countries of the Adria and Balkan region, namely Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia. Our counsellors are experts in the fields of psychology, clinical psychology, psychiatry, psychotherapy and social work. During their education, they were trained in various modalities of counselling and therapeutic work, specifically brief solution focused counselling, cognitive-behavioral therapy, marriage and family therapy, integrative therapy, Gestalt therapy, transactional analysis and neurolinguistic programming. As part of their work, they perform:

  • individual counselling,
  • individual coaching,
  • relationship and family counselling,
  • counselling for children and adolescents, and
  • crisis interventions.
